Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package Oriental noodles soup mix, chicken flavor
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast sesame seeds and sliced almonds for about 10 minutes until golden.
  2. Mix shredded cabbage and sliced onion in a large bowl.
  3. Crumble the chicken-flavor ramen noodles into the mixture.
  4. Add toasted sesame seeds and almonds to the bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine.
