Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 large can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a greased roaster pan.
  2. Cook the hamburger until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
  4. Mix the cooked hamburger with chopped cabbage and chopped onion.
  5. Cover the mixture with enough tomato soup to fill the pan 2/3 full, leaving space for expansion.
