Cabbage Roll-Ups With Beef

- In a large bowl, pour boiling water over cabbage leaves to cover; allow to stand 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine beef, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, corn, onion, salt and pepper just until blended.
- Remove cabbage leaves from water.
- Place about 2/3 cup meat mixture in each leaf; fold in sides and roll lengthwise. Fasten with wooden picks.
