Ingredients

  • 4 wedges cabbage
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 can milk
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp shredded cheese
  • parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook cabbage in lightly salted water until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the cabbage.
  3. Mix together the cream of celery soup and milk.
  4. Heat the mixture just below boiling, stirring often.
  5. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
  6. Place the cooked cabbage in a warmed serving dish.
  7. Pour the creamed sauce over the cabbage and serve.
