Ingredients

  • 8 Hard-Cooked Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 2 Medium Green Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Red or Black Caviar
  • 16 Sprigs Lemon Thyme

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half with a rippled vegetable cutter or sharp knife.
  2. Carefully remove yolks and place them in a small bowl; set egg white halves aside.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Caesar dressing mix, and chopped green onions until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Top each deviled egg with red or black caviar.
  6. Garnish with sprigs of lemon thyme before serving.
