Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  2. Taste and season (with salt and pepper).
