Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • croutons

Instructions

  1. Salt bowl.
  2. Completely mash the garlic in the bowl.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, egg and pepper and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Add vinegar, oil and lemon juice.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  7. Add pepper to taste.
