  • 2 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in eighths
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 medium very ripe tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
