Creamy, cheesy Cajun cheese dip with chili and scallions, perfect for parties and gatherings. Spiced with Cajun flavor, it pairs well with tortilla chips and snacks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Spread softened cream cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 11-inch baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle chopped scallions evenly over the cream cheese.
  3. Spread Hormel chili (no beans) on top of the scallions.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese and Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos on top of the chili.
  5. Sprinkle Cajun spice evenly over the cheeses.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
