Fun and cheesy mini pizzas on bagels, perfect for kids' midnight snacks. Flavored with garlic, oregano, and melted mozzarella, these pizzettes are quick and customizable.

Ingredients

  • 4 plain bagels
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Split the bagels in half.
  3. Place bagel halves on a cookie sheet.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each bagel half.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano to taste over the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and more oregano on top.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and begins to brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
