  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Cajun spice
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the front and back of each pork chop with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently cook the pork chops in Worcestershire sauce in a nonstick skillet over low to medium heat.
  3. Add more Worcestershire sauce as needed during cooking, as it will evaporate.
  4. Cook until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
