Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 cup boiled crawfish, chopped
  • hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with lemon juice, mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and chopped onions.
  3. Add the chopped boiled crawfish to the mixture.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Serve the Cajun crawfish dip with crackers.
