Instructions
- Saute onions in margarine until clear.
- Add shrimp; cover and cook until shrimp are pink.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms and soup.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add sour cream just before serving.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
- Garnish with chives. Serves 4 to 6.
