Cake Mix Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • COATING
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix cake mix, butter and egg in large bowl with spoon until dough forms (some dry mix will remain).
  3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
  4. COATING:
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  6. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 10 to 1 minutes or until set.
  9. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
