Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 packages spinach or kale
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 package codfish
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • dash black pepper
  • dash garlic powder
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Boil the codfish twice to remove excess salt and impurities.
  2. Pick apart the codfish with your hands into small pieces.
  3. Put spinach or kale in a frying pan with oil.
  4. Add fried bacon, cubed tomatoes, and chopped onion to the pan.
  5. Saute the mixture until the onion is cooked.
  6. Add the prepared codfish and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
