  • 1 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1 cup finely chopped potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the lean hamburger, chopped onion, and flour in a skillet.
  2. Add the finely chopped potatoes to the skillet.
  3. Pour water into the skillet until it is three-quarters full, then cover.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until the potatoes are done.
  5. Serve hot with tortillas.
