Ingredients

  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp candied fruit
  • slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Process cottage cheese, marmalade, and confectioners sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 to 6 dessert dishes.
  3. Chill well before serving.
  4. Garnish with candied fruit and slivered almonds.
