Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • fresh orange slices
  • 1 box cake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange rind

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs until well combined.
  2. Add the cake mix, lemon instant pudding, water, and Wesson oil to the eggs and mix.
  3. Beat the mixture for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
