Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh California peach
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the peach into about 2/3 cup and place it in a small bowl.
  2. Combine the chopped peach, green onion, chopped mint, chopped tomato, and chili powder in a bowl.
  3. Refrigerate the salsa before serving.
