Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until well combined.
  2. Add sugar to the eggs and mix.
  3. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder, then add to the egg mixture.
  4. Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet, no more than 6 at a time.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. While hot, roll each cookie into a cone shape.
  7. Fill the cone with Cool Whip and pineapple, then fasten with toothpicks.
