Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet onions
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 C. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into wedges.
  2. Mix honey, pepper, margarine, salt, and garlic salt together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the onion wedges.
  4. Place the coated onions on thick foil or double-layer foil.
  5. Fold the foil to seal the packet tightly.
  6. Grill, covered over medium hot heat for 20 minutes or until onions are tender, turning once.
