Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. canned milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Boil and peel the sweet potatoes.
  3. Slice the peeled potatoes and place them in a Pyrex dish.
  4. Mix sugar, flour, and salt together.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the sliced potatoes.
