Ingredients

  • 3 c. potatoes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, egg and vanilla.
  2. Put in greased casserole.
  3. Blend brown sugar and flour. Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter and nuts; pour evenly over sweet potato mixture.
  4. Cook at 375° for thirty minutes.
