- Cut the cantaloupe into 1-inch cubes.
- Combine half of the cantaloupe cubes with 1/2 cup of orange juice and blend in a blender until smooth.
- Repeat with the remaining cantaloupe cubes and 1/2 cup of orange juice, blending until smooth.
- Mix the blended cantaloupe with the remaining 3 1/2 cups of orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, and allspice.
- Blend well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and chill the soup.
- Serve cold in your prettiest bowls.
