Ingredients

  • 4 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 2 jars apricots
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Line a 17 x 11-inch cookie sheet with foil.
  2. Mix soy sauce, apricots, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Spread the sauce over the chicken wings and marinate overnight.
  4. Bake the wings uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour.
