Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp. hot water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine coffee granules and hot water in a small bowl.
  3. Stir in vanilla and next 2 ingredients and add to flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
