Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Divide apple slices equally between two small custard dishes.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar on top of the apple slices in each dish.
  3. Microwave both dishes on High, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until the apple is tender.
  4. Top each dish with a marshmallow.
  5. Microwave on High for 15 to 30 seconds until the marshmallow is softened.
