- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt Kraft caramels with Milnot until smooth.
- Mix cake mix with melted butter, milk, and pecans.
- Spread half of the cake mixture in a greased and floured pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips on top.
- Pour the caramel mixture over, then spread the remaining cake mixture on top.
- Bake for an additional 13 minutes, then let the dessert set for several hours before serving.
