A delightful caramel orange ring featuring sweet marmalade, nuts, and cinnamon baked into soft biscuit layers, perfect for brunch or dessert gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tubes Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Grease a 12-cup Bundt or tube pan with 1 tablespoon of softened butter.
  2. Put teaspoonfuls of orange marmalade in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the marmalade.
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
  5. Separate the biscuits and dip each in melted butter, then in the sugar mixture.
  6. Stand the biscuits on edge in the prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and drizzle on the remaining butter.
  8. Cool upright in the pan for 5 minutes.
  9. Invert onto a serving plate.
