Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 box regular butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly on the bottom of a Bundt, pan, or angel food cake pan.
  2. Place frozen dinner roll balls in a single layer, side by side.
  3. Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Mix in the pudding mix and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the sauce evenly over the dough balls.
  6. Cover with waxed paper and a towel, and let sit overnight.
  7. Next morning, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  8. To prevent burning or crust formation, cover with foil during the first 25 minutes of baking, then remove foil for the last 10 minutes.
  9. Turn out onto a platter while still hot and serve.
