- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly on the bottom of a Bundt, pan, or angel food cake pan.
- Place frozen dinner roll balls in a single layer, side by side.
- Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Mix in the pudding mix and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and pour the sauce evenly over the dough balls.
- Cover with waxed paper and a towel, and let sit overnight.
- Next morning, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
- To prevent burning or crust formation, cover with foil during the first 25 minutes of baking, then remove foil for the last 10 minutes.
- Turn out onto a platter while still hot and serve.
