- Mix the yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and melted oleo until well combined.
- Spread the cake mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs, cream cheese, and sugar, leaving out 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
- Sprinkle the coconut evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until set and golden.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup powdered sugar over the top after baking.
- Cool in the refrigerator before cutting into 30 squares and serving.
