Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 small red onions or 3 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped papaya
  • 1/2 medium sweet red pepper
  • cilantro, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop all ingredients. Starting with the pineapple, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Add cilantro to taste.
