Instructions
- Place the frozen eye round roast fat side down in a roasting pan.
- Add enough water to the pan to cover the meat three-quarters of the way up.
- Salt the top of the meat.
- Bake in a 400°F oven for 1 hour.
- Turn the meat over and cut off and discard the fat.
- Sprinkle the top of the meat with pepper, Season-All, and paprika.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F for another hour.
- Cut the onions in half and place them in the pan next to the meat.
- Sprinkle the onions with soy sauce.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 1 hour.
- Cover the meat with au jus gravy mix.
- Add Washington rich brown seasoning to the water in the pan.
- Cover the pan with a lid and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
