Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound baby carrots

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Coat a baking sheet with oil. Arrange in a single layer. Place in a 375F oven for 15 minutes or until tender, turning once.
