A quick and delicious dump cake featuring cherry and pineapple with nuts and coconut, perfect for dessert gatherings and easy to prepare for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 6 oz. nuts (pecans)
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray (Pam).
  2. Layer cherry pie filling in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add crushed pineapple (with juice) on top of the cherry filling.
  4. Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layers.
  5. Pour melted margarine evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle nuts (pecans) on top of everything.
  7. Sprinkle coconut over the nuts and cake.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  9. Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
