- In a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Pour the coated cereal into a large Ziploc bag with powdered sugar.
- Seal the bag and shake until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Spread on wax paper to cool and set.
