Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cans crab, drained
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Slice green onions, including tops.
  2. In a heavy Dutch oven, melt the cream cheese.
  3. Add the grated Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add drained crab, sliced green onions, and white wine.
  5. Keep warm in a chafing dish.
  6. Serve with crackers or Melba rounds.
