Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. carrots
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 2 medium onions
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Pray.
  2. Wash carrots and cook with skins on until tender.
  3. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces and fry until crisp.
  4. Remove bacon and set aside. In bacon drippings, simmer diced onions until soft.
  5. Peel carrots and slice. Add to the onions and simmer until heated through.
  6. Add the cooked bacon back into the mixture and serve.
