Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (12 oz. can)
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Brown meat; drain.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Stir in cheese and soup; mix well.
  6. Add corn, pimiento and seasonings; pour into 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  7. Place biscuits around edge of baking dish.
  8. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
