Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Coat the fish with the mixture and pour any remaining over the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
