Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 c. colored miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Place butter and chocolate chips in a medium heat-resistant bowl.
  2. Heat, uncovered, in the microwave for 4 minutes, or until melted.
  3. Combine the beaten egg and confectioners sugar; add slowly to the chocolate mixture.
  4. Stir in the colored miniature marshmallows to coat well.
  5. Pour the mixture onto waxed paper.
  6. Shape into an 18-inch log.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Slice before serving.
