Ingredients

  • 16 oz. solid pumpkin
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and beaten eggs, then pour into greased 9 x 13-inch or two 8 x 8-inch pans.
  2. Sprinkle cake mix over the mixture.
  3. Press chopped nuts into the cake mix.
  4. Drizzle melted margarine over the cake mix.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  6. Can be frozen.
