Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 lb cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 slice onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower in water and drain well.
  2. Mix the cauliflower with cheese and form into small balls.
  3. Roll the balls in flour.
  4. Beat the egg white until frothy, then add the yolk.
  5. Dip the cauliflower balls into the egg mixture.
  6. Grind the garlic, onion, and can of tomatoes.
  7. Cook the garlic, onion, and tomatoes in oil.
  8. Fry the cauliflower balls until golden, then add them to the boiling tomato mixture.
  9. Add salt to taste and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
