Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen cauliflower
  • 1 box frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Simmer the cauliflower and broccoli.

  3. Combine the cauliflower and broccoli mixture with the soup and cheese mixture and the cooked rice.
