Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen cauliflower until tender, then drain and mash.
  2. Add baking powder, flour, water, eggs, and salt to the mashed cauliflower; mix well.
  3. Let the mixture stand for about 1 hour before cooking.
  4. Drop tablespoons of the batter into hot oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
