Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 10 oz. frozen peas
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Good Seasons Zesty salad dressing
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients in a large bowl in the following order: cauliflower, peas, Cheddar cheese, and salad dressing.
  2. Spread the sour cream over the top of everything.
  3. Refrigerate overnight without mixing.
  4. Before serving, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
