Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • Romanoff lumpfish

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped eggs and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together.
  3. Spread the egg mixture in the bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan.
  4. Sprinkle minced onion over the egg mixture.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture over the onion layer.
  6. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  7. To serve, sprinkle with caviar.
