- Marinate the cod fillet in a mixture of milk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper for one hour.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and blend paprika with oil, then brush the mixture onto the fish.
- Roll the fish in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- Place the coated fish in a baking pan.
- Brush the fish with melted butter and pour white wine over it.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the fish flakes.
