Ingredients

  • 2 c. noodles
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste (salt substitute can be used)
  • 2 to 3 shakes of Mrs. Dash
  • pinch of red pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • plain bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Combine tuna, soup, milk, onions, celery, salt/pepper, and Mrs. Dash.
  3. Stir until soup is smooth. Add to noodles along with peas.
  4. Place in a greased casserole; top with dots of margarine or butter and sprinkle on bread crumbs.
