Celery-Apple Salad
A colorful, refreshing salad combining crisp apples, crunchy pecans, and sweet cinnamon candies in a jellied celery base, perfect for light desserts or festive gatherings.

Instructions
- Dissolve the cherry gelatin in 1 cup of hot water.
- Add the red cinnamon candies to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add enough hot water to make 3/4 cup liquid in total.
- Pour the hot liquid into the dissolved gelatin and stir well.
- Cool until the gelatin is partly set.
- Add the diced celery, chopped peeled apples, and chopped pecans to the partially set gelatin.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until completely set.
- Unmold onto lettuce leaves and serve with mayonnaise.
